PeopleNTech is seeking a Staffing Specialist to help with recruitment and placement activities. The candidate will be responsible to meet all recruiting and placement metrics. Self-motivation with minimum supervision and knowledge on staffing tactics and processes are highly desired. The candidate will also be responsible in generating qualified candidates through cost-effective efforts (i.e., alternative sourcing). Candidate should be able to Interact and meet with Client Service Managers.

Qualifications Desired:

  • A Bachelor's degree or enrolled in a program of study to obtain a Bachelor's degree.
  • Basic understanding of marketing practices.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills, critical thinking skills.
  • Strong writing skills.
  • Ability to work independently with some supervision.
  • Experience in office management a plus.

The purpose of this job is to acquire clients and generate revenue in the company’s target markets and industries.   • Participate in association meetings, user groups, etc.
  • Increase exposure of PeopleNTech in the marketplace.
  • Monitor business activities, competition, and clients.
