PeopleNTech is seeking a Staffing Specialist
to help with recruitment and placement activities.
The candidate will be responsible to meet all
recruiting and placement metrics. Self-motivation
with minimum supervision and knowledge on staffing
tactics and processes are highly desired. The
candidate will also be responsible in generating
qualified candidates through cost-effective
efforts (i.e., alternative sourcing). Candidate
should be able to Interact and meet with Client
Service Managers.
Qualifications Desired:
- A Bachelor's degree or enrolled in a program
of study to obtain a Bachelor's degree.
- Basic understanding of marketing practices.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills, critical
thinking skills.
- Strong writing skills.
- Ability to work independently with some supervision.
- Experience in office management a plus.

The purpose of this job is to acquire clients
and generate revenue in the companys target
markets and industries. The Business Development
Advisor must build, maintain and successfully
manage a profitable client base in accordance
with the corporate plan and performance metrics
and support all corporate initiatives that may
be launched throughout the year.
Detailed Responsibilities:
- Qualify, develop, and secure client business.
- Develop and execute account penetration strategies
and approach.
- Establish account potentials and year-end income
goals
- Develop solid, long-standing relationships with
clients.
- Price business to meet corporate profitability
standards.
- Sell PeopleNTech as a full-service provider.
- Participate in association meetings, user groups,
etc.
- Increase exposure of PeopleNTech in the marketplace.
- Monitor business activities, competition, and
clients.
